Any data, any EHR
Whichever digital format the data is in – CCD or FHIR R4 – on whatever vendor provided patient record system your health system provider utilizes, Greenlight makes it accessible and useful while ensuring patients are always in full control of their health records data. Data types can include but are not limited to:
Patient Demographics
Medications
Procedures
Encounters
Functional Status
Medical Equipment
Plan of Treatment
Vital Signs
Allergies and Intolerances
Problems
Lab/Test Results
Family History
Immunizations
Payers
Social History
Nutrition
Consultation
Referral
Discharge
Progress
Transfer
Our Data Retrieval Engines extract machine-readable Continuity of Care Documents (CCD) or FHIR R4 record formats. The CCD or R4 record is a medical summary of a patient’s treatment history with a provider or healthcare facility. Greenlight supports both Full Medical Record Summaries as well as updates, also known as Encounters, for a single medical event, office visit or procedure.
In addition to the machine readable file (CCD in XML and R4 in JSON), Greenlight can also provide a PDF rendering of the record separately or in addition to the digital file.
