Applies to: Anyone who creates an account or uses the Service.

The agreement that governs your use of the Service — including account eligibility (accounts are held by adults), the Content you provide, identity verification, and standard legal terms such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

TEFCA IAS Privacy and Security Notice

Applies to: Anyone who uses Greenlight to access their health records through the TEFCA network.

Describes how Greenlight, acting as a Request-Only Individual Access Services (IAS) Provider, accesses, uses, discloses, and stores your individually identifiable information through the TEFCA network, and your rights with respect to that information. Where this Notice conflicts with the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, the Notice controls for information accessed through the TEFCA network.
